4) Copy of your Letter No.F 37(151)89/LAB(H)1359 dated 18.08.2015 asking
to get Conveyance Deed Forms duly stamped from Collector of Stamps.
5) Copy of your letter No.F 37(151)89/NP/VK/1/33 dated 14/7/2015 transfer in
Blood Relation.
