Notification from COR Clearing

Honorable Judge Strom,

My name is Scot Postlewait, and I am a shareholder of CRGP. I have not received notification
from COR Clearing as required. I only know about the particulars of this civil suit through
third-party channels.
I request to be counted among the interested parties as a shareholder that will be irrevocably
damaged by a dividend reversal. This dividend was approved by several parties, including COR
itself, and at any point could have been stopped before it placed shareholders in a vulnerable
position. In addition, TDAmeritrade's response captures my thoughts as well, though far more
eloquently than I can provide.
