Dear Parents & Friends,

This sure has been a short

week for the students. With
teacher inservice, the Royals
parade, and Faculty Faith
Formation, we only get to see
our students twice this week.
On Monday, Carmen and I
sent out both phone messages
and emails regarding the
cancellation of school on
Tuesday. If you did not receive
the messages, please call the
school as soon as possible and
update your information with
Carmen. Anytime we have
unexpected school closings,
such as snow days, or we need
to share other, non-urgent
reminders, we will use School
Messenger to do so. Although
receiving snow day calls may
be important to your children, it
is equally important that we are
able to contact you in the event
of an emergency at school. If
you should move, change jobs
or phone numbers, please let
us know as soon as possible so
that we can update our records
and continue building the
communication between school
and home.

CONDOLENCES
Please pray for the Zuniga
family who are grieving the loss
of a young cousin. Daphne is
in 7th grade and Alex is in 3rd.

BOYS WINTER COATS

I have 8 brand new boys

coats that were donated to us
for our families who have a
need. There are 6 size large
14-16 and 2 size medium 1012. Please call Ms. Carmen
in the office if you are in need
of a winter coat for your child.
We will hand them out first
come, first serve until they are
gone.

STUDENT FORMS
Please call the office and
verify that Carmen has all of
the official documents that we
need for your child. If we
have not gotten your childs
birth certificate, baptismal
certificate, immunizations,
and physical on file, we need
them immediately. Especially
if your child is due to make a
sacrament this year, we need
a copy of their baptismal
certificate for them to receive
other sacraments. Thanks!

PTO MEETING
Please plan to attend our
November PTO meeting next
Tuesday at 6:00pm. Among
the things discussed will be
the Thanksgiving Feast for
the staff and students on
Nov. 24.
The committees have also
been formed for the Blue and
Gold Dance. There are a lot
of opportunities and need for
help with this major event so
please come and see what
you can do. Thanks!

JUVENILE MINISTRY OF
REACH KCK PARENT
WORKSHOP
Reach KCK will be hosting a
workshop for parents at SH on
Saturday, Nov. 21 from 9-12.
This workshop with be
conducted in Spanish and is
designed to help adults learn
how to communicate better
with the young people of today.
They will learn to form healthy
relationships with the youth
and welcome them into the life
of the church.
This training will count
toward your faith formation that
is required by your tuition
subsidy. Please have the
leader sign your document.
