Regarding the subject in this email, please find the following request
on submissions of L.E.C.M.s monthly reports regarding numerous
monitoring services on Dike and Facilities surrounding Construction
Debris Filling Area.
In order to process these monthly reports effectively, please simplify
and merge all individual reports into a single report.
The requirements on this single monthly report are as follows:
1. A set of two hard copies;
2. A CD-ROM which should include
- A scanned version of the monthly report
- An editable word version of the monthly report
3. Two topographic monitoring files which are the txt. file and
dwg.file
Meanwhile, in order to know the displacement data as soon as
