we will provide a twitter PLN definition. Before explaining this
concept in detail, we will use Lamar Odom case and what type of
information you will get on this case depending on what type of twitter
accounts you follow:
Scenario 1: if you follow sports accounts (basketball players and reporters),
he is a two-time NBA champion and the sixth man of the year 2011.
Scenario 2: if you follow pop culture magazines and news accounts, he is
Khloe Kardashian Ex-husband.

Critical Notes for Understanding:

Although presented in linear fashion here, the nine events are not always executed that way.
a. Steps one, two, and three typically occur at the beginning of a learning event and are repeated, separately or together, as needed
