Armed Robbery
Update
Three people have been arrested and a fourth is being sought after an armed robbery at
Cellular Sales Monday night.
On Monday, November 9, 2015, at 8:47 p.m., Thomasville officers responded to 1042
Randolph Street in reference to an armed robbery. Witnesses reported two black males
entered the store wearing hoodies and bandanas. One suspect presented a firearm and
demanded cell phones. An employee and two customers were ordered to go into a bathroom.
A second employee was ordered to open a safe located in the store.
Upon receiving information broadcast out to surrounding agencies, High Point police
intercepted the suspect vehicle in the area of Brentwood Street and Green Street. High Point
officers conducted a traffic stop where three individuals fled on foot. The driver was arrested
at the scene and two suspects were apprehended after a track by a High Point Police K9 unit.
Police are still searching for a fourth suspect.
Natasha Nicole Heaton, 30, of 5022 Old Marlboro Road, Sophia, Mark Anthony Walker, 44, of
906-B Taylor Avenue, High Point, and Isaisah Dashon Smith, 24, of 2416 Dallas Avenue, High
Point, have all been charged with armed robbery and second degree kidnapping. All three
received a $250,000 secured bond and placed in the Davidson County Jail. Court date is set
for 12/16/2015 in Thomasville.
There were two customers and two employees inside the store during the time of the robbery.
No injuries were reported and no shots were fired. Police recovered 63 stolen Apple iPhone
6s valued at $56,000.
