As a program leader I am responsible for over seeing the children as they participate in
their daily activities at the club. This summer I was also promoted to a group lead, which
allowed me to contribute to program planning, implementing those plans, booking of
field trips, balancing of a budget, and purchasing of supplies.
May 2012 - August 2012 - Nanny/Mothers Helper, Private Family, Calgary, Alberta
As a nanny I was responsible for 3 children ages 2 and newborn twins. During my time
with this family the mom was a stay at home mom, and I acted as her right hand woman.
I was there to assist her with the daily challenges of raising a two year old and twins. I
helped with feedings, entertaining the two year old, planning activities, outings, and
housework.
June 2011 - August 2011 - Day Camp Coordinator, YMCA, Calgary, Alberta
As a day camp coordinator I was responsible for organizing all elements of our camp
including planning daily schedules, booking field trips, hiring of staff, buying supplies,
and doing all necessary paper work or computer work. Once camp began I was
responsible for being a support to my staff, helping to deal with children, communicating
with parents, helping to solve problems, and to over see the camp and insure it was being
run accordingly and safely.

As a daycare provider I was responsible for children ages 3 months to 6 years of age. I
helped them with craft projects, games, stories, and puzzles. I helped organize games,
activities and field trips for the kids to do or go on. I was also responsible to ensure my
room was clean, sanitized, healthy, safe and fun for the children.

As a customer service representative it was my job to work the front desk, and welcome

setting up memberships, filling out paperwork, and organizing the front desk. I was

have and to help them in a timely manner.
