Reflection 3

For my last two days in the kindergarten, I noticed that

learners committed to the rules of the teacher and hear what
the teacher says when she say something to them. However,
after breakfast and playground time they have a great power
even sometimes the teacher is not able to control them.
Also, I noticed them that they get excited more when they
have a celebration in kindergarten. For example, on Flag
Day, the teacher said to them the previous day all of you will
wear white color and the rest of the classes will wear the rest
of the colors of the flag. That because who will be wearing
the white color, they will fly a white balloon. Therefore, it
makes them enthusiastic then they wear white color. Also,
who encouraged them to wear white color is their love of the
balloon. I think this example of extrinsic motivation. That
because the learners do this thing to get the balloon or to
get something that they love.

The thing that surprised me is when a teacher of teachers is

absent, they do not leave the children in the classroom
without any study, but they put every four or five children in
other classes with another teacher even to teach them with
her students. Therefore, they were welcomed by the arabic
teacher, and she let them sit with the rest of the children.
However, in the engilsh class, the teacher told them to sit in
the back, and she did not share them with the rest of the
children, so this makes the child feel upset because of the
teacher behavior with them.
