Policy
In order to be eligible for quiz corrections you must:
1. Have all assignments completed and up-to-date in Synergy.
2. Complete the quiz corrections on the back of the sheet.
3. Staple the sheet to the original quiz and give to Spanish teacher
within 10 school days of taking the original quiz.

Corrections
1. Write the question number and your original incorrect answer.
2. Write the correction with a brief explanation in English of why it was
wrong.
a. It must be a thorough AND accurate explanation or you WILL NOT
get credit for the corrections (see below for examples).
3. Staple this form to the original quiz.
Good example student earned credit for providing a thorough AND
accurate explanation .
