SETTLEMENT AND RELEASE AGREEMENT

This Settlement and Release Agreement is made and entered into on October 7, 2015, by and
between Mrs. Anderson Plaintiff, and Sorenson Chevrolet Defendant.
In consideration of payment to Mrs. Anderson Plaintiff of the sum of $1 Million, Mrs. Anderson
Plaintiff hereby releases and discharges Sorenson Chevrolet Defendant, from any and all claims,
demands, claims or causes of action, known or unknown, which Mrs. Anderson Plaintiff may now have or
may hereafter have on account of the dispute or controversy arising from an automobile accident on
September 1, 2015, at the intersection of San Jacinto Street and Clay Street in Houston, Texas.
It is expressly understood, acknowledged and agreed that this a full and final settlement and
release applying to all known and unknown or unanticipated claims, causes of action, injuries, losses,
damages, or rights arising out of said claim, dispute or controversy described above. This Agreement is
entered into as an expedient and cost-effective alternative to costly litigation. The parties make no
admission of liability, express or implied, by entering into this Agreement.
This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties hereto and is intended as a full
and final expression of their settlement and release of claims. The terms of this release are contractual and
not mere recital.
The parties acknowledge that they have read and understood the contents of this Agreement and
sign the same of their own free will.
Should it become necessary for any party hereto to file legal action to enforce or interpret any
term or terms of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorneys fees and
costs.

Sorenson Chevrolet as liable for the accident and filed suit for 1.3M in actual damages and 2M in
punitive damages against Sorenson
Sorenson had a 1M insurance policywill not accept an out of court settlement for anything less
than the max 1M allowed under Sorensens insurance policy
