It is submitted that the petitioners are A1 to A3 are in the above case.
The above case is posted today for appearance of the Petitioners/accused and
for further evidence of prosecution.
It is further submitted that L.W 1 to L.W 3 is examined as P.W 1 to 3
and L.W 5 and L.W 6 is examined as P.W 4 and 5.
It is submitted that a certain materials aspects as P.W 1 to 5 are to be
further cross examined. Certain other aspects about the reasons for lodging
the report and giving evidence against the petitioners/accused are came to
light of the petitioners recently.
If an opportunity is not given to the petitioners to cross examine P.W 1
to 5 they will be put to irreparable loss and damages.
Hence it is prayed that this Honble court may pleased to re-call the
P.W 1 to P.W5 and grant leave permit the petitioner to cross examination and
pass such other appropriate orders as the Honble court deems fit and proper
in the interest of justice.
