To Whom It May Concern:

I have had the privilege of coaching Teresa Prout in cheerleading for four years. I began working with Teresa when she
was in the 9th grade and made the varsity cheerleading team. Teresa has remained on the varsity team for her four years in
high school as a sideline and competitive cheerleader.
Over the four years I coached Teresa I have seen exponential growth, she succeeded at accomplishing her personal goals
as well as goals I set for her. In cheerleading this means certain gymnastic skills and stunting abilities. Teresa has worked
hard at things she may not be the best at and works even harder at things she is bound and determined to accomplish.
Teresa is a very determined, driven, outgoing person and leader. She is always a person on the team that younger
teammates look up to, seek advice and help from. In addition to cheerleading Teresa knows how to balance family and
friends, school and work to the best of her ability and works extremely hard at everything she does.
In addition to excelling with cheerleading Teresa certainly excelled with academics. What began as rocky grades in 9th
grade, Teresa has certainly pulled herself out of the rut and increased her GPA significantly over the last four years.
During the 2014-2015 competitive cheer season Teresa was a part of the Academic All-State Team as recognized by the
Competitive Cheer Coaches of Michigan Association. In addition Teresa has also earned SHS All-Academic honors in the
2013-2014 and 2014-2015 seasons. Academics are a high priority to Teresa's continued success in life.
Teresa not only possesses several skills pertaining to cheerleading but life as well. She is a positive individual who knows
the importance of a good laugh, how to operate as a member of a team, understands the importance of goal setting and
accountability, is determined, driven and overall a great person. If I can answer any additional questions regarding Teresa
