Fractile

PLAN

1=100

At Fractile, we recognize the fractal qualities of modern

life. People are constantly moving, in their own worlds,
repeating patterns of daily life at different times, scales,
and across the landscape. In this chaotic world, it is hard
to create meaningful intersections of life. Fractile is a
visionary development that aims to relink itself both to the
city of Ithaca, and to allow for the relinking of one human
to the next. Fractile envisions a community where people of
all ages can come together and work, live, shop, and eat
with active play as a common link in their lives.

Phasing
The phasing is an intergral part of this project
because of the time span. Starting with phases that can
be implimented quickly and begin producing revenue is
important. This will allow the long term phases to be
completed.
