1. Explain the claim Architecture is regarded as the mother of all
the arts.

Architecture began in the ancient world and it was first developed out
of the changes between needs and ways like shelters, and buildings.

Architecture is about ideas, concepts and creativity in integrating

various disciplines, like a mother, it functions to combine these
disciplines.

It serves as a starting point to design visual arts like sculpture,

painting, and the like.

2. What qualifies a structure (building) to become stunning?

Solar Ark Building, Japan

A solar photovoltaic power generation facility, it shows activities on solar power generation.
This 315-meter-wide, 37-meter-tall facility is located in Anpachi, Gifu Prefecture in Japan

If the structure (building) can last for many years. If it represents a

physical division of the human habitat, a place of comfort and safety.

If within it, has conveying systems like elevator, escalator, moving

sidewalk, or skyway.

If it is aesthetically appealing to the spectators.
