Course Description

This course is designed to develop knowledge, skills and attitude of a Computer Service
Technician in accordance with industry standards. It covers basic, common and core
competencies such as installing, maintaining, configuring and diagnosing computer systems and
networks.

The course completion will approximately require 396 class hours included among other
knowledge and skills assessment.

After the completion of the course students will receive three (3) certificates/ diploma in: PC
Operations, Computer Hardware Servicing NCII, and Networking.
