Endorsement of Roy Morales for Houston City Councilman

Whereas:

Roy Morales, candidate for Houston City Council At-Large

Position 4, is a retired Air Force colonel who also served as a
Republican trustee in the Harris County Department of
Education; and,

Whereas:

Morales has prioritized economic growth, infrastructure repair,

and emergency services for his campaign for City Council; and,

Whereas:

Roy Morales has advanced to the City of Houston runoff, which

will take place on December 12, 2015.

Be it resolved:
That the Harris County Republican Party hereby endorses
Roy Morales for the position of Houston City Councilman (AtLarge #4); and,
Be it resolved:
That the Harris County Republican Party is authorized by
its Executive Committee to use the resources at its disposal to
support Willie Daviss campaign for Houston City Council during
the 2015 Runoff Election.
