My survey was out of 36 people, from the

ages 15 and up.
the objective was to use a survey website
(kwiksurvey.com) to get an accurate
depiction of the amount of people who have
experienced criminal cases, and are familiar
with the process that goes along with it.
I wanted to prove that although it is an
option to be self represented in court, you
are better off being represented by someone
who has studied and memorized the law,
keeping you as safe as possible.
This survey showed me that not everyone is
familiar with how important it is to be
represented in court by a professional, and
my hypothesis was inaccurate because I
thought the majority of people would know
someone who had been involved in a
criminal court case.
My hypothesis was that over 50% would
have had been represented by a lawyer or
had at least met with one,
I also hypothesized that you would have
meet with a lawyer at least 6 times
