I am highly recommending Madison Bardsley for employment at your facility. I have worked
closely with her for one semester during her clinical rotations in a Level One Trauma Center
lntensive Care Unit. This ICU is very challenging and yet offers many opportunities for those
willing to take them. Madison is very eager to learn, which reflects in her enthusiasm when
handling difficult assignments and takes on opportunities when situations arise. Madison
willingly accompanied me when I was summoned to go to a Code Blue on another unit. Thus,
she was given exposure to see all of the medicalteams and ancillary support involved in a Code
Blue and learned invaluable information from being a part of the admitting ICU team's critical
thinking and problem solving capabilities.
Madison has an excellent nursing knowledge base and is great with her critical thinking skills.

She is also able to maintain organization throughout her day. ln our lCU, orders and plans
change on a constant basis and even still Madison is able to keep up so she can provide
adequate care for her patients.

Madison has a great attitude and I have seen it hold strong in difficult situations. The Field of
Nursing needs more people like her, because in particularly stressful environments, it is people
like her that boost team morale and improve the overall attitude and culture of a unit. I know
she will be a strong nurse because she has excellent work ethic, has great problem-solving
ability, and genuinely cares for others.

Overall, Madison was an absolute delight to work with. I was fortunate to have her as my
student, and you will be just as fortunate to have her work at your facility. Please do not
