Becoming familiar with better language integration techniques

Securing a teaching job in a Spanish-speaking country to further my experience
with different Spanish dialects
Traveling South America as an English teacher to gain experience before seeking
a job in the US
What are your future plans for professional development (3-5 years)?
My hope is to pursue a masters degree in Spanish and go on to teach at the college
level.
