VIRGINIA STATE BAR

42ND ANNUAL MIDYEAR LEGAL SEMINAR

November 8 - 15, 2015
JERUSALEM, ISRAEL

November Average Temperatures high 74 / low 56

This years seminar will be held in JERUSALEM, ISRAEL, perhaps the
most unique city in the world. Steeped in tradition, religion, and history,
Jerusalem is also a city of modern culture and heritage. The very name
brings history alive! The great walls of the Old City encompass some of
the worlds holiest sites: the Western Wall; the sole existing remnant of
King Solomons Temple, eternally holy to the Jewish people; Via
Dolorosa, the path Jesus walked carrying the cross; the Dome of the Rock
on the Temple Mount, just to name a few. Inside those same walls, you
can enjoy the bustling bazaars with their exotic wares and scents, and the nearby pulsing modern life in the rebuilt Jewish
Quarter. THE DAVID CITADEL HOTEL offers everything that one could dream of by way of location and views, quality of
design and amenities, unrivalled facilities, and a staff that prides itself on providing the best service to their guests. Situated
on King David Street, the hotel commands a prime site at the most desirable location in Western Jerusalem, across from Alrov
Mamilla Avenue and overlooking the ancient walls of the Old City, the historical Tower of David, and Jaffa Gate. The citys holy
sites and cultural attractions are just minutes walking distance from the hotel. The CLE seminar program will include a
unique comparative law symposium with local attorneys. There will also be a complete program of optional tours.

MORE ABOUT FLIGHT OPTIONS

Flight options from other departure cities may be available on an individual basis. If you would like to pursue flight
options from your hometown and/or other airlines, please contact Stephany Pishko.
Group flight schedules as listed above, are current as of February 2015. The airlines reserve the right to make
schedule changes at any time. All efforts will be made to provide the best alternate schedules, at no additional cost. If
any given schedule change is so extreme that we must change to a different airline, there may be additional costs
involved. Any additional cost will be the responsibility of each individual traveler.
Cost increases in taxes, fuel surcharges and/or airport security fees relative to air travel, will be the responsibility of
each individual traveler.
Advance seat assignments are reserved in a group block and randomly assigned by the airlines reservation system.
Tour Plan International has no control over specific seat assignments.
You are not required to fly with the group or to utilize our group flights. We recognize that many travelers prefer
to make their own flight plans for many different reasons. If you choose to deviate in any way from the above
itineraries, a per person group airfare credit of $1250 will be applied to the total package invoice. After August 1,
there will be no group airfare credit. If you need assistance with your flights, please contact Stephany Pishko. Please
contact the airlines directly if you are requesting any type of frequent flyer program awards.
A FEW WORDS ABOUT TRAVEL DAYS & THE AIRLINES .
Travel representatives may not be traveling on the group flight schedules, but will meet groups and individuals onsite.
Travel day delays, cancellations and flight re-accommodation are the responsibility of each traveler and the airlines.
Travel representatives, whether or not they are traveling with the group, are unable to re-accommodate groups and/or
individuals. It is ENTIRELY up to the airlines how to re-accommodate.
Because re-accommodation is subject to the availability of other flights and/or hotels, (when required for overnight
stays), the airlines may not be able to keep groups and/or individuals together. It is a first come, first served process.
