The Sixth department meeting for the odd semester 2014 -15 is to be conducted on 25.09.2014
(Thursday) in the Simulation lab premises at 04.40 p.m. All the staff members are requested to attend the
meeting.
The agenda for the meeting:
1. Syllabus coverage
2. Special Class and Conversion of practical into theory class.
3. Revision of Syllabus.
4. Coaching Schedule for weak students.
5. Review of performance of the students in Internal Test - II
6. Conduct of III internal Test (Model Exam )
7. Completion of Extracurricular activities and more concentration on Academic side.
8. Conduct of ISO audit.
9. Inauguration of Science club.
10. Inauguration of Industries Institution Interaction cell.
11. Conduct of International Conference in even semester.
12. ISTE staff and student development programmes.
13. Training and placement activities.
14. Participation of all departments in Science Exhibition and function arrangements.
15. Other academic related points.
