Inside Sales Representative Season Tickets
SJ Tucker, Manager Season Tickets - Memphis
Non-Exempt, Part-Time/Seasonal

The Role:
Your main responsibility is to assist the ticket department in reaching sales goals through outbound calls
to local companies, organizations, and individuals. You will also need to be sure to represent the
organization in a professional manner and interact courteously with fans. You must be available to work
a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends.
Main Responsibilities:
Renew season ticket plans
Sell new season ticket inventory
Make 100 outbound calls per day to individuals and businesses
Provide excellent customer service to all existing and potential clients
Actively research and prospect new sales leads
Handle incoming calls from prospective and existing clients
Be on call to push/pull tarp and set-up Saturday/holiday fireworks
Education and Experience Preferred:
Current student enrolled in a collegiate program; or Bachelors degree
1-2 years of experience in sales/sports
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Strong knowledge of baseball
Strong organization and time management skills; ability to multitask
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education and Experience Required:
High School diploma/GED
