Inside Sales Representative Group Tickets
Lisa Peterson, Manager Group Sales - Memphis
Non-Exempt, Part-Time/Seasonal

The Role:
Your main responsibility is to assist the ticket department in reaching sales goals through outbound calls
to local companies, organizations, and individuals in an effort to book large group attendance at
AutoZone Park. You will also need to be sure to represent the organization in a professional manner and
interact courteously with fans. You must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights,
holidays and weekends.
Main Responsibilities:
Renew group outings
Sell new group outing inventory
Make 75-100 outbound calls per day to individuals and businesses
Provide excellent customer service to all existing and potential clients
Actively research and prospect new sales leads
Handle incoming calls from prospective and existing clients
Create/execute theme night ideas
Be on call to push/pull tarp and set-up Saturday/holiday fireworks
Education and Experience Preferred:
Current student enrolled in a collegiate program; or Bachelors degree
1-2 years of experience in sales/sports
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Strong knowledge of baseball
Strong organization and time management skills; ability to multitask
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education and Experience Required:
High School diploma/GED
Familiar with Microsoft Office suite
