    To Whom It May Concern:
    Teachers on the secondary level have the opportunity to observe students and gauge their
    potential. In some students you see the emerging greatness, due to their leadership, intelligence,
    and diligence. These attributes describe Mr. Demetrius Lee, whom which I have had the pleasure
    of teaching in my First Year Accounting class. I am Aleemah R. Spence and, I am writing this
    correspondence to serve as a recommendation for Mr. Lee. I have known Demetrius for a short
    amount of time, however in this time I have been able to observe certain progressive and
    impressive qualities. From the moment he steps into the classroom, he is able to motivate others
    with his enthusiastic and encouraging personality. Demetrius exhibits the special qualities of
    problem solving and effectively collaborating with classmates on deeper learning projects.
    His leadership abilities are made evident through his participation in positive extracurricular activities. These activities are to include: Varsity Football, Varsity Basketball, and
    Baseball. Student leader, peer mentor, and team player; are all attributes that are associated with
    the character of Mr. Lee. Demetrius has also gained business experience by working in a local
    accounting office: answering phones, inputting data, and filing and organizing documents.
    I write this letter of recommendation without any hesitation or reservations. Mr. Lee has
    all the tools of success, and now just needs the opportunity to present his ultimate potential.
    With a team player like this young man, your institution of higher learning would shine even
