AGREEMENT
This agreement is in effect as of __________________ between _______________________, hereby
referred to as Recipient, and _______________________, hereby referred to as Donor.
In consideration of the promises to each other the Donor and Recipient agree to the following
terms for Raise the Roof hereby referred to as Event:
Donor will arrive at Tin Roof Brewery no later than 11:45 a.m. and no earlier than 11:30 a.m. on
November 15, 2015.
Donor will provide the menu of items they will be serving at the Event to ________________ by
November 8, 2015.
Donor will serve the menu they wish to provide to the attendees of the Event from 12 p.m. to 4
p.m. and will not leave early or stop serving food without consent from _________________.
Donor will donate _________________ percent of profits made on November 15, 2015 from 12
p.m. to 4p.m. to the nonprofit organizations the Event is sponsoring.
Recipient will promote attendance of Donor to Event on social media channels
_______________ and ________________.
Recipient will provide a spot designated in advance for Donor at Event and will not replace
Donor or cancel Donor participation in Event.
Recipient will provide Donor with a nonprofit tax code that they can use for the percentage
being donated to the nonprofit organization from Event. Recipient is not responsible for any
injuries incurred to employees of Donor while Donor is in attendance of Event. Recipient is not
responsible for any injuries inflicted on attendants of Event in relation to Donor.
