F1554 Grade 36 formerly known as ASTM A307 grade C, is the most commonly requested material for
anchor bolts. F1554 Grade 36 is manufactured from mild carbon steel. F1554 Grade 36 is essentially A36
material, but with the specifications written specifically by ASTM for anchor bolts.

Types of Finishes
F1554 Grade 36 anchor bolts can be manufactured in plain (black), mechanically galvanized, zinc or hotdipped galvanized finishes, as well as others as per your request. Hague Fasteners manufacture from
EU/USA high integrity material for quality assurance and quick turnarounds.
Welding
F1554 Grade 36 is a weldable material. As per the ASTM standards, when F1554 Grade 36 is specified, a
weldable F1554 Grade 55 may be substituted at the suppliers discretion.
