400yearsandbecameleadingempiresintheworld,still,thereismanydifferencesbetweenthe
two.ThesedifferencesbringHanChinatobeingthesuperiorempireintheareasof
bureaucracy,law,andindividualism.bureaucracyintermsofbeingmoreevenhanded,lawin
