Summary:
EveryoneneedsaplacetogetridofcertainthingsandtheSingerSalvageYardisthe
placetotakeallunwanteditems.Wecanhelppeoplegetridofnotonlysalvage,but
ofitemsthatareofasupernaturalnatureaswellashumanbodies.TheSinger
Salvageyardhasbeengrowingexponentiallyforthelast5consecutiveyears,and
withthingscontinuingtogrow,theSingerSalvageyardmustgrowaswell.
Thisproposalisarequestforfundingforanewfacilityweareplanningonbuilding
inthenextfewmonthstocome.TheSingerSalvageYardhasseenaverylargegrowthin
requestsforbodydisposal.Weneedthisfacilitytohelpundertakethelargenumberof
ordersthatwehavebeenfacedwith.Wehypothesizethatthisbuildingwillallowusto
morethandoublethecurrentamountoforderswearehandling,anditwillensurethe
growthoftheSingerSalvageYard
Thespecificaimsofthenewfacilityareasfollows:
1)Tohavemorespacetoprocessmorehumanbodyorders
2)Aseparatebuildingwhichwillprovideanewmeansofsortingwhatmaterialsweare
workingon(salvage,bodies,itemsofsupernaturalnature)
3)EnsuremajorgrowthcapabilitiesoftheSingerSalvageYard

Effective Argument/ Persuasion

Inthepast5yearsourbusinesshasgrownbymorethan200%.Originallystartedasa
hobby,Bobbyssalvageyardbecameasmallbusinessthathasnowgrownbeyondinitial
expectations.Atthispointwehavearrivedatapointofstagnation.Ifwearetonotopen
anewbuilding,thenourbusinesswillnotbeabletogrowandexpand.Ourinitial

analysisshowsthatholdingbackonthisnewfacilitywouldcompromiseandaffect
currentbusinessgreatly.Furthermore,currentcontractswillexpiresoon.Withnew
competitionarising,ifwedonotoffermoreforthemoneytoourclientswewillbe
loosingtherenewalofthecurrentcontracts.Thesecontractscurrentlybringin
$1,500,000.Withoutthenewfacilitieswewouldalsobeeloosingonthepotential
contractsofpartnerswhohaveexpressedtheirinterestforwhenthenewfacilitiesthat
allowustostoreandreceivelargeramountsofmaterialsarerunning.Itisestimatedthat
futurecontactscouldamount$2,5000,000ofadditionalrevenue.Withoutthenew
buildingswearealsogoingtohavetostartaprocessofcleanupatourcurrentfacilities.
Thecurrentfacilitiesdonothavemorespacetokeepgrowingandcannotkeepupwith
demand.Wedonothaveenoughpersonnelortimeinordertoprocessalloftheproducts
currentlyinthewarehouseandwewouldneedtobasicallythrowawaymoneyinorderto
openupspaceinthewarehouseandbeabletosatisfythecurrentcontracts.Currentlywe
have20investorsthatamountto$3milliondollarsinassets.Theyhaveallagreedthat
thenewbuildingisrequiredforbusinesstocontinuetogrowandexpand.Refusingornot
continuingwiththisprojectwouldpotentiallycreateconflictwithinvestorfundingand
wewouldbeloosingaverylargeportionofourassetsshouldtheydecidetoinvest
somewhereelse.

Estimate time and cost

Toseethedetailedbreakdownsoftheexpectedcostandmaterialspleaseseeattachment.
Besidesthecostofconstructionandlandforthebuildingwewillneedfundingtocomply
withregulations.Wealsoneedassistancewithfundingsothatwecancreatean
emergencyfundshoulditbeneededatsomepointinthenearfutureascomplications
arise.Inordertomaintaincompliancewithallthelawsandregulationsaninvisible
coatingmustbeappliedtothenewfacilitiesinordertohideitfromthepubliceye.We
havecontractedInvisibleShieldsCompanytocomeinandapplythetechnology
required.Applyingthenewtechnologytotheentirefacilitywillrequire10months.This
willcausedelaysontheotherconstruction,astherecanbenodustintheairwhilethe
buildingishidden.Also,iftheapplicationfails,itcouldaddupto10moremonthsin
ordertogetthebuildingtoremainhidden.Duetothesecurityandneedforthiswehave
toexpectlargecost.Thefistestimatesputthetotalcostofthistechnologyat$900,000in
additiontothe$1,3766,049estimateofthebuilding.Theequipmentrequiredandthe
workforceisoneofthemaincostsassociatedwithimplementingthis.However,we
estimatethat$800,000willbelostincostduetoadditionaltimethenewbuildingwill
remainingwithoutoperating.Foreverydaythebuildingisnotinoperationwewillloose
$4,000.Theaddedinvisibilityprotectionwilladdanestimated$2,500,000inrevenue
fromnewpartnersthatrequiretheinvisibilityprotectioninordertostartapartnership
withus.Duetothelegalitywewillalsoneedtopay$80,000toofficialsinorderto
preventthemfromcomingonsiteandseeingthetechnologyappliedonthebuilding.
Onlythemainofficeandrecreationalareaofthebuildingwillbevisible.Thiswill

requireavisibilityshieldthatprotectstheareasthatshouldremainvisiblefrom
everythingelse.Thetotalcostofthevisibilityshieldis$500,000.Shouldno
complicationsarisethebuildingshouldbeelevatedhiddenandfullyfunctionalby
December2018

Request For Qualifications Response

Asrequestedweshallgiveyouourqualificationsofourgroupinourcompany.Allofus
inthegroup,RyanAmarsingh,MishallHafeez,NicoGonzalez,andAndrewwells,are
trainedinthesupernatural.Weallhavedoctoratesinthesupernatural.Weknowhowto
takedownvampires,dismemberzombies,neutralizeghosts,anddriveawayanydemons
wecomeacross.Wealsosellscrapemetalatoursalvageyard.Ourmissionofcourseis
todestroyanythingthatissupernaturalsotopreventthiswetakeinanydeadbodiestobe
buriedproperly.Ifdoneincorrectlythesebodiescanbecursed,possessedbyevilspirits,
ortakenbysomemonster.Wepreventthesesortsofincidentsbecauseweareexpertson
thissortofwork.Ourlineofworkcanbelimitedonspacehoweverbecauseofallthe
bodiesburiedaroundthesalvageyard.Thisproblemisbecomingtroublesomesobecause
ofthisthatswhyweareproposingforanadditionalsitetoexpandandhavemoreroom
toburymorebodies.

MethodstoCompletetheNewBuilding
TocreatealargerfacilitytoexpandtheSignerSalvageYard,wearegoingto
needalotoftimeandmoney.Onemethodtobuildournewfacilitycouldbeworking
withourpartnersfromtheNimbusRacingBroomCompanytoassistusinthebuilding
process.Thespeedybroomsandspellscouldmakethebuildingprocessalotquickerand
moreproductive.IftheNimbusRacingBroomCompanyagreestohelpuswecouldusea
spelltoquicklyhaveanewbuilding.WecouldalsousetheRacingBroomstotransport
material.Theracingbroomsarespeedyandcontainamplestorespaceintheirmagic
storagecontainers.
Anothermethodtobuildanewfacilityquicklywouldbehavingourfriendsfrom
DharmaandDanFairwayhelpususecreateatimebarrier.CreatingaTimebarrieror
travelingthroughtimewouldallowustobuildafacilitywithouttakingalongtime
withinthenormaltimebarrier.Wecouldtravelthroughtimetoafterthebuildinghas
alreadybeenbuiltthiswouldbeasimplewaytospeedupthebuildingprocesstomake
thenewfacilityrightforusequickly.
