Summary:
EveryoneneedsaplacetogetridofcertainthingsandtheSingerSalvageYardisthe
placetotakeallunwanteditems.Wecanhelppeoplegetridofnotonlysalvage,but
ofitemsthatareofasupernaturalnatureaswellashumanbodies.TheSinger
Salvageyardhasbeengrowingexponentiallyforthelast5consecutiveyears,and
withthingscontinuingtogrow,theSingerSalvageyardmustgrowaswell.
Thisproposalisarequestforfundingforanewfacilityweareplanningonbuilding
inthenextfewmonthstocome.TheSingerSalvageYardhasseenaverylargegrowthin
requestsforbodydisposal.Weneedthisfacilitytohelpundertakethelargenumberof
ordersthatwehavebeenfacedwith.Wehypothesizethatthisbuildingwillallowusto
morethandoublethecurrentamountoforderswearehandling,anditwillensurethe
growthoftheSingerSalvageYard
Thespecificaimsofthenewfacilityareasfollows:
1)Tohavemorespacetoprocessmorehumanbodyorders
2)Aseparatebuildingwhichwillprovideanewmeansofsortingwhatmaterialsweare
workingon(salvage,bodies,itemsofsupernaturalnature)
3)EnsuremajorgrowthcapabilitiesoftheSingerSalvageYard
analysisshowsthatholdingbackonthisnewfacilitywouldcompromiseandaffect
currentbusinessgreatly.Furthermore,currentcontractswillexpiresoon.Withnew
competitionarising,ifwedonotoffermoreforthemoneytoourclientswewillbe
loosingtherenewalofthecurrentcontracts.Thesecontractscurrentlybringin
$1,500,000.Withoutthenewfacilitieswewouldalsobeeloosingonthepotential
contractsofpartnerswhohaveexpressedtheirinterestforwhenthenewfacilitiesthat
allowustostoreandreceivelargeramountsofmaterialsarerunning.Itisestimatedthat
futurecontactscouldamount$2,5000,000ofadditionalrevenue.Withoutthenew
buildingswearealsogoingtohavetostartaprocessofcleanupatourcurrentfacilities.
Thecurrentfacilitiesdonothavemorespacetokeepgrowingandcannotkeepupwith
demand.Wedonothaveenoughpersonnelortimeinordertoprocessalloftheproducts
currentlyinthewarehouseandwewouldneedtobasicallythrowawaymoneyinorderto
openupspaceinthewarehouseandbeabletosatisfythecurrentcontracts.Currentlywe
have20investorsthatamountto$3milliondollarsinassets.Theyhaveallagreedthat
thenewbuildingisrequiredforbusinesstocontinuetogrowandexpand.Refusingornot
continuingwiththisprojectwouldpotentiallycreateconflictwithinvestorfundingand
wewouldbeloosingaverylargeportionofourassetsshouldtheydecidetoinvest
somewhereelse.

everythingelse.Thetotalcostofthevisibilityshieldis$500,000.Shouldno
complicationsarisethebuildingshouldbeelevatedhiddenandfullyfunctionalby

MethodstoCompletetheNewBuilding
TocreatealargerfacilitytoexpandtheSignerSalvageYard,wearegoingto
needalotoftimeandmoney.Onemethodtobuildournewfacilitycouldbeworking
withourpartnersfromtheNimbusRacingBroomCompanytoassistusinthebuilding
process.Thespeedybroomsandspellscouldmakethebuildingprocessalotquickerand
moreproductive.IftheNimbusRacingBroomCompanyagreestohelpuswecouldusea
spelltoquicklyhaveanewbuilding.WecouldalsousetheRacingBroomstotransport
material.Theracingbroomsarespeedyandcontainamplestorespaceintheirmagic
storagecontainers.
Anothermethodtobuildanewfacilityquicklywouldbehavingourfriendsfrom
DharmaandDanFairwayhelpususecreateatimebarrier.CreatingaTimebarrieror
travelingthroughtimewouldallowustobuildafacilitywithouttakingalongtime
withinthenormaltimebarrier.Wecouldtravelthroughtimetoafterthebuildinghas
alreadybeenbuiltthiswouldbeasimplewaytospeedupthebuildingprocesstomake
thenewfacilityrightforusequickly.
