WAY TO GO, campers, on presenting
yourself and your goals to your

What a great time we had (who knew
conferences could be so fun, right?)
and how empowering for YOU to
share your strengths and weaknesses
with us. Thanks to you all for helping
my pilot my first ever student-led

hope you did as well. A big thanks
goes out to Mrs. Sorrell for helping us

First Grade Feast

On Tuesday, the 24th, all first graders will
be putting their knowledge to work during
our First Grade Feast. We will recreate the
first thanksgiving; some will choose to be
pilgrims and some natives.
Wearing
clothing that reflects this is optional, but
fun. We will ALL be making either pilgrim
bonnets/hats or native head bands. Setup will be at 2:00. Can we count you in?

be using the following Monday to count up

our totals for our trip the next day to the mall.
Were in need of drivers to take us to the
mall for our field trip. We will be leaving
school at 9:15 in order to get to the mall
and gather into shopping groups. Each
group will have a tag containing items for
which a local family has asked.
Your
groups will discuss sales and coupon use
in order to find the best buy. When items
are decided upon, the children will do the
paying. Ready to make a difference?
