Ms. Kyle shows initiative, not waiting for MT to ask her to do something.
She knows the routines and knows all students by name.
While I was still talking with MT at beginning of class, Ms. Kyle went out to
get students and bring them in room again, without MT direction. Ms. Kyle
also gave some reminders to students as they entered room.

Student Reflection/Plan:
During conference with MT, Ms. Kyle stated she wants to work more on classroom
Management. She wasnt sure if certain children were paying attention or if they
just didnt hear her instructions. MT suggested using audio enhancement. MT will
work with Ms. Kyle on classroom management strategies.
MT stated that Ms. Kyle shows initiative. She has not had to tell her to do things.
She loves having extra person in room. We discussed teaching opportunities for
Ms. Kyle.
Both Ms. Kyle and Ms. Tunstall have a good working relationship. They are both
eager to work together and make this a successful CT experience.
