    IMMEDIATE RELEASE
    November 21, 2015
    Shooting Investigation in the 8900 block of Reeder
    On November 20th, 2015 around 11:45 P.M. the Overland Park Police Department received an
    emergency call regarding a subject, who had suffered a gunshot wound, in the 8900 block of
    Reeder.
    When officers arrived, they located one subject deceased from a gunshot wound. Initial
    indications show this incident as being an accidental shooting. Officers and Detectives are
    continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the subjects death. Subjects on scene
    with the victim at the time of the incident are cooperating with the police.
