PurAir 200 Filter Maintenance Guide

Check the indicator light

(red circle) on the panel to
determine whether the
carbon filter need to be
replaced or not.

Put your finger at the lower

corner of the front cover.
Gently pull the front cover.
At the same time , PurAir
200 will switch off
automatically for safety
purposes.

Slot in your fingers to the

hole and lift the filters with
your fingers.

Lift the front cover to

remove it completely.

You can see the filters

behind the front cover.

Now , you will see there are

3 filters all together :
Prefilter , carbon filter &
HEPA filter.

Remove the string tie of the

prefilter to dismantle the
filter pack.

Prefilter :
Check the prefilter to see if
it is in good condition. If the
prefilter is dirty , wash the
prefilter with water and dry
the filter. It is recommended
to wash the prefilter once
every 500 hours.

Carbon Filter :
Check the carbon filters
condition. It is
recommended to replace
the carbon filter after 1500
hours.

Slot in the filters and make

sure the filters are in proper
position.

HEPA Filter :
Check the HEPA filter base
on the sticker on the filter
frame (red circle). The
colour contour on the
sticker indicates the
dirtiness level of the filter.
It is recommended to
replace the HEPA when it
reaches black level.

The brackets ( left side &

right side ) of the front
cover shall be placed in
correct position.

After maintenance , check

the arrow on the filter
frame. The arrow indicates
the airflow direction of the
filter. Make sure the airflow
direction is correct to
maximize the filter lifespan.
The arrow shall be pointing

Press the lower corner of

front cover gently to close
the cover.

Tie up all the filters with the

string tie of the prefilter
according to the following
sequence : Prefilter
Carbon Filter HEPA
Filter

Press the Reset button on

the remote control to reset
the filter replacement (
carbon filter ) indicator. This
is only necessary if you
have replaced the carbon
filter. After all , the filter
replacement job is done!
