We hereby confirm that EVERHOT GLASSLINED Storage Type Electric Water Heaters are
manufactured by M/s. AL HURAIZ EST. FOR- INDUSTRY, P.O. Box 10159 , Dubai U.A.E.
EVERHOT water heaters are tested according to IEC 60335-2-21: 2002, IEC 60335-1 :2001
standards and approved by Dubai Municipality (DCL) Registration No.017.07 and Emirates
authority for standardization and Metrology(ESMA)
WARRANTY: EVERHOT Glasslined water heaters are under warrantee in * U.A.E from
purchase, against manufacturing defects & leakage of the inner tank.

ProvidedThe defective water heaters, with safety valve, are delivered to the factory at owner's expense.
And the replacement / repaired heaters shall be provided ex-works.

This warranty is void if: -A) This unit is not installed as per the " Installation & operational Instructions contained in the present booklet
or
B) Damage is caused in transit / installation, mishandling or by accident, fire, flood or any
natural calamity
C) Identification of heater is altered or deleted.
D) Proof of purchase either invoice or delivery order not available.
E) The electrical components -- heating elements & thermostat are warranted for 1 Year and void if damages
caused due to above A & B
F) Other components viz. safety valve, pilot lamp, thermometer etc. are not under warranty.
International Warranty differs from the above terms & conditions.
Kindly retain manual / warranty certificate for any future references. / services.
