4 v 4. BASIC RULES
The pitch
4 v 4 without goalkeeper: from 12m x 20m to 15m x 25m
4 v 4 with goalkeeper:
from 12m x 20m to 15m x 25m
4 cones or markers, one placed 3 metres from each corner along
the length of the field, to demarcate the box. The goalkeeper can
handle the ball in this area.
Penalty: 4 metres
If there are no goalposts, use 2 cones or markers 3 metres apart

4 v 4. BASIC RULES
The teams
One team: 4 players (boys and girls)
Without goalkeeper: 4 x 4
With goalkeeper: 3 x 3 on the field

4 substitutes allowed. They can play at any time.

The substituted players can participate again later in the
game.
During festivals, all the players (boys and girls) must play
for the same amount of time.

4 v 4. BASIC RULES
The rules
All free kicks are direct.
No offside.
A penalty is awarded if the referee considers a serious offence has
been committed in the box.
Free kick, clearance, corner: opponents must stand at least 3 metres
from the ball.
Penalty: other players must be outside the penalty area, at least 3
metres behind the penalty mark.

Ball: size 4
Refereeing: Refereeing for education, no whistle, not on the pitch.

5 v 5. BASIC RULES
The pitch
5 v 5:

from 20m x 30m to 25m x 35m

4 cones or markers, one placed 3 metres from each

corner along the length of the field, to demarcate the
box. The goalkeeper can handle the ball in this area.
Penalty: 5 metres.
If there are no goalposts, use 2 cones or markers 4
metres apart.

5 v 5. BASIC RULES
