PURCHASE AGREEMENT /WAIVER

The buyer has fully checked the health condition of the pet he/she is
buying and agrees that the pet was released in GOOD HEALTH AND
CONDITION.
The buyer was assured that it has been dewormed twice and has
been given vaccination by the breeder against the common air-borne
viruses ensuring that the pet is protected from harmful disease.
Once the pet was acquired by the new owner, it will be his/her
responsibility to give the proper carte and well-being of the
puppy/dog.
It is clearly agreed by both parties (seller and buyer) that the pet is a
livestock and NOT just an item that could be returned, exchange or
replace when not satisfied.
Likewise, the buyer cannot demand for a refund or replacement
of the dog if he/she find abnormalities or if the pet dies 24
hours after the time it was purchased.
This document serves as a legal contract of sale between the breeder
(Arvin luke Bernales) and the new owner of thE pet.
