The visa requirements for Guatemala are listed below:

Tourism Visa
1. Valid passport.
2. Copy of the passport.
3. Recent photo.
4. Completed application form.
5. Bank statement from your Bank, or International credit card, or Traveller Cheques in your
name.
6. Work letter explaining your position and your annual salary.
7. Round trip ticket (visa of any country you transit from).
8. Invitation letter in original, hard copy, in Spanish.
9. Visa fees: US$ 25 and for multiple entry US$ 50.
Business Visa
1. Valid passport.
2. Recent photo.
3. Completed application form.
4. Bank statement from your Bank, or International credit card, or Traveller Cheques in your
name amount equivalent to USD 5000.
5. Work letter explaining your position and your annual salary. Appointletter

CA4 Business visa allows entry to Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras and Nicaragua. The
first point of entry must be Guatemala and the applicant may then travel to the other three
countries.
If you do not fulfill these requirements please refrain from applying, as these requirements are
mandatory.
Indian passport holders having a valid multiple entry visa for US, Canadian or Schengen can get
a entry stamp on arrival in Guatemala.

The visa has to be utilized for entering Guatemala within 30 days

from the issue date.
The working hours of the Visa Section of the Embassy are Monday to Friday, 9.30am to
1.00pm and all applicants have to apply in person and appear for an interview. Please send

The visa fee as applicable has to be deposited at the Embassy in dollar cash. You are
requested to kindly carry the exact amount, as the Embassy is unable to provide change.
