Motor Pool Process (Renting Vehicles)

1. 3-4 weeks prior to BOR meeting or SHED get a rough
estimate of how many people are interested in going.

2. Rent vehicles 2 weeks prior to travel date

3. Rent vehicles for situation in mind
a. I.E. If you have a BOR meeting in Rapid City in
December a Suburban is a good vehicle due to snow/icy
conditions.
4. Rent more vehicles than needed: you can always cancel
them up until you leave for the trip
5. Lay down a hard line one week before the trip to get a firm
number and adjust vehicles as needed

Process with Motor Pool

2. Have a list of vehicles wanted and how many passengers
(approx.) for each vehicle.
