I am Jeson Paul B. Cabug-os, a 4th year BS in Business Management student of Ateneo de Davao
University. Currently this semester, our subject Production and Operations Management requires
a final project paper which aims to visualize the on hand production processes especially on
manufacturing type of business. The group unanimously agreed to have your company as the
company of our choice as it very suitable to the success of our paper and defense by next week.
In connection to this, in behalf of the group, I am writing to you this letter to humbly request for
a company visit. The group would like to know the particular information on Company Profile,
Procurement, Production Capacity and Production process. In addition, the group would like to
know if your company has recent encountered problems or difficulties especially on production
and if it will be possible for us to have a facility walk through. The group would like to have the
visit preferably on Saturday, September 19, 2015 in the morning.
Attached herewith are the additional information that are necessary for the completion of our
final project paper.
