1. QUY NH CHUNG
1.1. Phm vi iu chnh
Quy chun ny quy nh cc ch tiu an ton thc phm v cc yu cu qun l
i vi nc dng lin c s dng n ung trc tip. Nc dng lin
khng bao gm cc loi nc c sn xut bo qun thc phm hoc dng
cho cc mc ch khc.
1.2. i tng p dng
Quy chun ny p dng i vi:
a) Cc t chc, c nhn sn xut, kinh doanh sn phm nc dng lin ti
Vit Nam;
b) C quan qun l nh nc c lin quan.
1.3. Gii thch t ng
Trong Quy chun ny, cc t ng v k hiu vit tt di y c hiu nh
sau:
1.3.1. Nc : l nc dng tinh th, thu c khi lm lnh nc xung
di 0oC (273 K v 23oF) ti p sut thng.
1.3.2. Nc dng lin: l nc c sn xut t nc t yu cu dng
cho n ung theo QCVN 01:2009/BYT v cht lng nc n ung c ban hnh
km theo Thng t s 04/2009/TT-BYT ngy 17/6/2009 ca B trng B Y t;
c ng gi, cung cp n ung trc tip. Nc dng lin khng bao gm
cc loi nc c sn xut bo qun thc phm hoc dng cho cc mc
ch khc.

2.1. Nc c s dng sn xut nc dng lin phi p ng cc yu
cu quy nh ti QCVN 01:2009/BYT v cht lng nc n ung c ban hnh
km theo Thng t s 04/2009/TT-BYT ngy 17/6/2009 ca B trng B Y t.

3. LY MU V PHNG PHP TH
3.1. Ly mu: Theo hng dn ti Thng t 16/2009/TT-BKHCN ngy 02
thng 6 nm 2009 ca B Khoa hc v Cng ngh v hng dn kim tra nh nc
v cht lng hng ha lu thng trn th trng v cc quy nh khc ca php lut
c lin quan.
3.2. Phng php th
3.2.1. ISO 7393-1:1985 Water quality Determination of free chlorine and total
chlorine Part 1: Titrimetric method using N,N-diethyl-1,4-phenylenediamine (Cht
lng nc Xc nh clo t do v clo tng s Phn 1: Phng php chun

3.2.2. ISO 7393-2:1985 Water quality Determination of free chlorine and total

4. QUY NH V QUN L
4.1. Bao gi v ghi nhn sn phm
Nc dng lin phi c ng gi trong bao b kn v ghi nhn theo ng
quy nh ti Ngh nh s 89/2006/N-CP ngy 30/8/2006 ca Chnh ph v nhn
hng ho v cc vn bn hng dn thi hnh.
4.2. Cng b hp quy
4.2.1. Sn phm nc dng lin sn xut, kinh doanh trong nc phi c
cng b hp quy ph hp vi cc quy nh ti Quy chun ny.
4.2.2. Phng thc, trnh t, th tc cng b hp quy c thc hin theo
Quy nh v chng nhn hp chun, chng nhn hp quy v cng b hp chun,
cng b hp quy c ban hnh km theo Quyt nh s 24/2007/Q-BKHCN
ngy 28 thng 9 nm 2007 ca B trng B Khoa hc v Cng ngh v cc quy
nh ca php lut.
4.3. Kim tra i vi cc sn phm nc dng lin
Vic kim tra cht lng, v sinh an ton i vi sn phm nc dng
lin phi c thc hin theo cc quy nh ca php lut.
5. TRCH NHIM CA T CHC, C NHN
5.1. T chc, c nhn sn xut, kinh doanh sn phm nc dng lin
phi cng b hp quy ph hp vi cc quy nh k thut ti Quy chun ny, ng k
bn cng b hp quy ti c quan qun l nh nc c thm quyn theo phn cp
ca B Y t v bo m cht lng, v sinh an ton theo ng ni dung cng b.

5.2. T chc, c nhn ch c sn xut, kinh doanh sn phm nc
dng lin sau khi hon tt ng k bn cng b hp quy v bo m cht lng,
v sinh an ton, ghi nhn ph hp vi cc quy nh ca php lut.
6. T CHC THC HIN
6.1. Giao Cc An ton v sinh thc phm ch tr, phi hp vi cc c quan chc
nng c lin quan hng dn trin khai v t chc vic thc hin Quy chun ny.
6.2. Cn c vo yu cu qun l, Cc An ton v sinh thc phm c trch
nhim kin ngh B Y t sa i, b sung Quy chun ny.
6.3. Trong trng hp cc tiu chun v quy nh php lut c vin dn
trong Quy chun ny c s thay i, b sung hoc c thay th th p dng theo
vn bn mi.
