I. QUY NH CHUNG
1. Phm vi iu chnh
Quy chun k thut quc gia (sau y gi tt l Quy chun) ny quy nh cc yu cu
k thut v qun l v cht lng, v sinh an ton i vi cc cht x l bt c s dng
vi mc ch lm ph gia thc phm.

2.1. T chc, c nhn nhp khu, xut khu, sn xut, bun bn v s dng cc
cht x l bt lm ph gia thc phm (sau y gi tt l t chc, c nhn).

3.1. Cht x l bt: l ph gia thc phm c b sung vo bt nhm ci thin
cht lng nng hoc mu cho thc phm.

nh lng azodicarbonamid bng phng php chun :
Cn chnh xc 225 mg mu (trc c sy kh trong
t sy chn khng nhit 500C trong 2 gi) cho vo bnh
tam gic thu tinh ti mu c nt y dung tch 250 ml. Thm
vo 23 ml dimethyl sulfoxid, ra hon ton mu xung pha
di bng dung mi, y np bnh v trng ming bnh bng 2
ml dung mi. Thnh thong lc cho u dung dch sau ni
lng nt y phn dung dch dnh trn chy vo trong
bnh v ra mu c ho tan trong dung dch. Thm 5 g
KI v 15 ml nc, ngay lp tc dng pipet cho 10 ml HCl 0,5
N vo trong bnh v y nt bnh tht nhanh. Lc u cho n
khi KI c ho tan v yn t 20 25 pht trong iu kin
khng c nh sng. Chun iod c gii phng bng dung
dch natri thiosulfat 0,1N cho n khi mt mu vng.
tip vi natri thiosulfat nu c mu vng xut hin trong 15
pht. Thc hin xc nh i vi mu trng vi dung dch c
cha 25 ml dimethyl sulfoxid, 5 g KI, 15 ml nc v 5 ml HCl
0,5N v hiu chnh nu cn thit. Mi ml dung dch Na2S2O3
0,1N tng ng vi 5,804 mg C2H4N4O2.
