SELLING
This is one of the most difficult and unpredictable parts of job development. We usually replace selling with
delivering people for interviews. Learn new techniques and hear examples of how CO and NE have used
strategic selling instead of a competitive interview process
HOW THE NEW MODEL STANDS UP TO REFUGEE EMPLOYMENT CHALLENGES
We'll revisit some of the challenges you face from our first session, clarify how consultative selling can address
them including examples from CO and NE, as well as Allen's experiences
BREAK
PLANNING YOUR NEXT EMPLOYER VISIT
Plan your own employer visit using an activity planner from the consultative selling model and then participate in
a final group exercise to practice your new skills

arrivals, including Syrians.
