On Wednesday, November 25, 2015, at approximately 12:49 A.M., Precinct 3
officers arrested a 34-year-old black male identified as Undra Harper on
Fortification Street near Wood Street. At the time of his arrest, the suspect was
driving a stolen vehicle. The vehicle had been taken from Vicksburg, MS. The
suspect is a convicted felon with an extensive arrest history for felonies as well as
misdemeanors.
The suspects most recent felony arrest occurred at the Baptist Hospital on
February 16, 2015. During this arrest, the suspect had just stolen a vehicle before
being apprehended by hospital security. While conducting a Terry search on the
suspect, it was revealed that he was in possession of a handgun. In addition to being
arrested, he was on probation with Mississippi Department of Correction and
wanted by the Jackson Police Department for auto theft. He was also out on bond,
pending several 2013 indictments.
His most recent arrest included possession of stolen automobile, a convicted felon in
possession of a handgun, possession of marijuana, violation of city ordinance, and a
Mississippi Department of Corrections warrant. The suspect is currently in police
custody without bond. Anyone with additional information relating to crimes
