    This course covers the fundamentals of the essential hand calculation in the oil and gas field. The course represents the basic for
    the advanced calculation course by simulation.

    Who Should Attend:


    New engineers, senior engineers, process engineers and other engineers involved in field or plant operations and also experienced

    Calculate the mol%, vol%, total density, Specific gravity, and molecular weight of the crude oil.
    Calculate the pressure losses in piping within laminar or turbulence flow.
    Debutanizer calculation.
    Heat exchanger Design calculation.
    Heater Design calculation.
    Compressor sizing.
    Calculate the Bubble point, dew point, flash calculation.
    Calculate the tower feed inlet, top and bottom operating pressure and temperature.
    Calculate the Mass and Heat balance.
    Calculate heater and heat exchanger efficiency.
