...Keeping Kids in School and

All donations and raffle ticket
money must be turned in on the
day of the event. The Foundation
will bill all pledges.
Lane Sponsorships must be
turned in by November 12th

Tax receipts will be issued if
requested

Win an NFL Weekend Getaway which

includes 2 tickets to the Chicago Bears
vs. Detroit Lions, along with overnight
accommodations!

Each bowler on the top fundraising

team will be awarded a $20 gift
certificate to C.J.s Restaurant.

The top individual fundraiser

will win a Schnucks
Thanksgiving Shopping Spree
($150 value).

NFL Package

The Annual Traveling Turkey Trophy,

complete with bragging rights, will be
awarded to the team with the 3 game total high score. Each bowler from the winning team will also receive a turkey from
Yordy Turkey Farm.

All bowlers will receive:

(In order to be eligible, the team must meet

the $625 minimum.)

Each bowler that raises over $150

will be entered into a drawing to
win a Sunday afternoon Wing
Party for 10 at MUGSYS PUB.

The male and female with the individual

high game will each be awarded a
LARGE turkey!

Sweet treats will be awarded to all

eligible bowlers during the game for
strikes and turkeys.
