After making the decision to pursue an advanced degree, I have completed my bachelors of
science degree (BSN) in nursing, August 2010. I am currently exploring a nursing management
position in long term care and have enclosed my updated resume for your review.

I have previously worked for Tendercare as portrayed within my resume. I left on great terms,
have outstanding references, and would love to come back and conclude my career where I
started.

As you can see from my resume, I have a multitude of experience in the healthcare field.
Although I have worked in many disciplines within nursing, leadership and management have
always been my passion. I strive to be a mentor to the younger nursing population as other nurses
have been mine. In addition, I have always aspired to provide patient focused delivery of care and
improved patient outcomes.

I am currently seeking full-time employment in a nursing leadership position. My previous

experience as a nursing leader has encouraged me to seek continued education to sharpen my
skills. With both past experiences and my new insight into nursing leadership, I believe I would
be an exceptional addition to your management team.
