Citing Using DOI: Finding DOI From Locate
This is the unique indicator to this particular article, and makes citing incredibly easy,
when used with online citation sites such as citethisforme.com.
Finding DOI from Locate
First find the article you have cited and want to reference.
This will take you to another page. Scroll down to the bottom until you see the phrase:
Digital Object Identifier.
Where it says Bibliography this is the reference and in-text means citation. So if you
cited something from this article it would be
Wine is nice (Bokulich et al. 2013).
But your reference that you would put on your reference list would be:
Bokulich, N., Thorngate, J., Richardson, P. and Mills, D. (2013) 'PNAS Plus: From The
Cover: Microbial
Biogeography Of Wine Grapes Is Conditioned By Cultivar, Vintage, And Climate'.
Proceedings of the
National Academy of Sciences 111 (1), E139-E148
