CALL TO ORDER
The General Assembly started at 1:00pm with an opening prayer led by Ms. Riza
Haylar (ASLM LUISAS President) and was presided by her together with Ms. Kiara
Lyka Ll. Espinosa (ASLM LUISAS Moderator).

III.

BUSINESS
Re election of Business Managers
Mr. Joel Fresnido and Ms. Brinda Halum were elected as the new business
managers of the organization.
Pigeon Box
All members of the organization are open to donate money for the
organization; this will serve as an additional fund for the organization.
Big Box
The members of the organization are open to donate used clothing, toys
etc for the ukay ukay activity by the organization for the upcoming HED Days.
Introduction of the co moderator of the ASLM LUISAS Organization
Mrs. Milagros Ladip was introduced to the members as the co moderator
of Ms. Kiara Lyka Ll. Espinosa of the ASLM LUISAS Organization.
Invitation from CES Office
The CES Office invited the ASLM LUISAS Organization to do an
intermission number and liturgy. Both are assigned to the 4 th year members
together with the LSG Officers.

Pamaskong Handog ni Sta. Luisa

The Pamaskong Handog ni Sta. Luisa is an activity which is going to be

held at Purok II Sitio Ilawod on December 12, 2015 with the 4 th year members
and club officers.
Organizational Shirt
The organizational shirt will be a V neck shirt and the color will be
white. The print/design will be the LUISAS Logo at the upper left side of the shirt
and the organizational motto will be at the back side of the shirt. The amount of
the shirt will be P180.00.
Examination for the Aspirants
The examination for reception of the New Members will be at February
(tentative only).
Reflection Paper
Each member is required to submit a reflection paper after their apostolate
to their group leader/president. This will be also a requirement for the clearance
signing.

The General Assembly was adjourned at 1:55pm with a closing prayer led by Ms. Jhiena
Dob (ASLM LUISAS 2nd year Representative).
