BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 1

Series of Academic Year 2014-2015
A BOARD RESOLUTION ATTESTING THAT AN ACCOUNT WITH THE SOLUTION, COLLEGE
PUBLICATION OF COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AND ARCHITECTURE OF HOLY ANGEL
UNIVERSITY (HAU), IS CREATED UNDER THE BANK OF THE PHILIPPINE ISLANDS (BPI),
ANGELES- KULIAT BRANCH.
WHEREAS; The college publication funds collected every semester of each academic year of Holy Angel
University will be deposited to the account with the name The Solution under the Bank of the Philippine
Islands (BPI), Angeles-Kuliat Branch.
WHEREAS; The Editor-in-Chief and the Managing Editor of the current academic year are the primary and
authorized signatories upon withdrawal or deposit of funds. The signatures of the Editor-in-Chief and the
Managing Editor should always appear in order to make transactions.
WHEREAS; The position of the Editorial Board will be replaced on every academic year or upon the
resignation of any individual elected on the position determined by the Editorial Board Exam.
NOW THEREFORE: The Editorial Board for the Academic Year 2014-2015 is assembled:
RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the account with the name The Solution shall be
created under the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Angeles-Kuliat Branch.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the copy of this resolution be furnished to all officials concern for their
information and appropriate action.
