Maintenance Instructions. When ordering parts it is necessary to specify exact model number and which cabinet you are ordering parts for.

7. Unit is ready for operation.

WARNING: ALL AIR CURTAINS SHOULD BE

ALWAYS DISCONNECT FROM POWER SUPPLY
BEFORE SERVICING.
3. Remove two screws from switch box and remove
cover.
4. Run wires from power supply to switch box using
appropriate wiring according to local code. (Use a flexible connector to allow for possible angle adjustment.)
5. Connect wires from switch box to power supply with
wire nuts (not included). Follow wiring diagrams below for connections. Label on motor indicates voltage
your motor was wired for when shipped. No loose
strands or loose connections should be present. After
splices are made, wires should be spread apart so that
some wires are on one side of outlet box and some
wires are on other side. Turn splices upward and carefully push all wiring into outlet box.
NOTE: If air curtain is to be controlled by hand (on/off
switch), a magnetic motor starter is not required.
When automatic on/off function (micro switch) is
required, Motor Control Panels must be used.
6. Replace switch box cover.
