Permission Slip

This week we will be watching the movie Queen Margot which deals with the St. Bartholomews
Day Massacre in Paris in 1572. The movie is rated "R," so your son or daughter will need you to
sign this permission slip in order to watch it. If you do not want them to watch the movie then
you should not fill out the permission slip. In this case the student will move to another room
and do an alternative assignment.
I grant Mr. Sheehy permission to show Queen Margot to my son or daughter.
